The Discernment Committee is looking forward to hosting small group conversations! This is a time for all of us to come together and begin to listen and share and discover what common threads weave through our fabric. The conversations will be focused around these three questions:

Who are we as an Emmanuel Parish?

Who do we want to become?

How do we get there?

Be on the lookout for more information in your mailbox and in your email!

The dates are:

Sunday, July 15th
11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. after worship service
Marston-LaRue- coffee and refreshments

Wednesday, July 18th
7 p.m.-8:30 p.m. in the evening
Parish Hall- coffee and dessert

Saturday, July 28th
10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in the morning
Parish Hall-coffee and donuts

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to share your written thoughts to the Discernment Committee via the office at Emmanuel.

Feel free to let us know when to expect you using this form or the signup on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall. There is no RSVP requirement however... please come as you are able and if your plans change at the last minute feel free to come to a different session.

We will not be back in Nelson County until the first week of August, so are unable to attend in July. Would like very much to attend listening sessions then and/or in September.

Many blessings,
Doug and Kat
